New fire sprinkler, fire alarm and security systems were installed. RSI added new drywall partitions and ceilings and enhanced the expanded inte- rior with new paint, high-performance flooring and coverings, doors, frames, overhead coiling doors, finish hardware and finishes. The company also upgraded the building’s exterior with coated metal panels ordered from the mainland, and a new parking lot was installed.
