Janet Paul, Senior Project Manager for Multiplex very kindly took the time to speak with a number of Errigal employees about the need for women in the construction industry. Focusing on the challenges andopportunities available towomen in the industry, Janet sharedher experiences and knowledge with the group, and encouraged them to pursue their careers in the industry, giving insight into the skills, personality and drive that is required to succeed as a woman in construction.
