Errigal were contracted to complete the fitout of this project comprising of 282 residential apartments. There are 6 blocks with 6 levels in each. Errigal are due to complete these prestigious apartments by the end of 2020. Dublin Institute of Technology
Errigal completed the partitions and ceilings of this 16,000 sqm building as Facebook grows its office space in Dublin. The building comprises of 6 levels of office space in Sandyford.
St Andrews Lane Hotel

Marianella, Rathgar Andrews Lane Hotel is a new 137 bedroom “compact luxury” hotel on the site of the former Andrews Lane Theatre in Dublin. The building consists of 9 storeys. Errigal are currently completing the partitions & ceilings of all hotel bedrooms and circulation areas. The project is currently under construction with a completion date of early 2020.
Central Quad & East Quad create over 50,000sqm of Educational space in the heart of Grangegorman. Errigal are currently completing the partitions & ceilings in the Arts & Science blocks. The project is currently under construction with a completion date of early 2020. Townsend Street, Dublin

Errigal are currently completing the external façade, partitions & ceilings. The project will consist of a 393 bed hotel for Travelodge, a 136 bed Aparthotel and a 66 bed Aparthotel. The project is currently under construction with a completion date of early 2021.
Marianella consists of 107 residential apartments. Errigal are currently completing the external façade, partitions & ceilings in these 6 storey blocks. The project is currently under construction with a completion date in 2020.
