Mental Health Awareness We recognise that, while working in construction is rewarding, the stresses and pressures of work can be high. At Errigal, we are committed to promoting positive mental health and well-being across our workforce. We are proud to be members of ‘Mates in Mind’ who do excellent work in creating awareness and addressing the stigma of poor mental health. We have also introduced Mental Health First Aiders into our site teams promoting our open door policy and giving every person on our team an opportunity to ask for help if and when they need it.

Health and Safety starts with management and leadership; our health and safety team meet regularly with site managers, supervisors and black hats to share ideas on how to create the best standards of health & safety to ensure we are always improving. H&S Focus – Continuous Training & Upskilling We understand that a highly trained and skilled workforce is essential for ensuring that high standards of safety and quality are maintained at all times. Over the past year, we have had over 2,800 hours of H&S training within our management teamand with continuous training, onsite workshops and refresher sessions, we are committed to ensuring each task is completed the right way and in the safest way every time. Scaffold Training We continuously carry out on-site scaffold training with our workforce to ensure we are aware of the dangers of working at height.
