En el plano urbano, VA0918 propone un desarrollo germinal en la reutilización del lote 9x18, común en estos sectores, a fin de aumentar la densidad habitacional de forma paulatina y, a la vez, recomponer el tejido basal de la manzana, mejorando el equipamiento público y aumentando las áreas verdes. La operación urbana consiste en ir absorbiendo las necesidades familiares del sector, lo que se traduce en mejoramiento habitacional y aumento de la cantidad de viviendas por manzana. El proyecto plantea un crecimiento del 160% en viviendas y un 200% en espacios comunes y áreas verdes, además de la disolución de la subdivisión predial de la manzana, contribuyendo al beneficio público comunitario.
In the urban area, VA0918 proposes a germinal development in the reuse of the 9x18 m plot, prevalent in these sectors, in order to gradually increase the housing density and, at the same time, the reformulation of the basic fabric of the block, improving public facilities and increasing green areas. The urban operation consists of absorbing the family needs of the sector, which translates into housing improvement and an increase in the number of dwellings per block. The project proposes a growth of 160% in housing and 200% in common areas and green areas, in addition to the dissolution of the subdivision of the block, contributing to the public benefit of the community.
