Se desarrolla en panel SIP (pisos, muros y techumbre) y cristales termopanel, todo esto conteniendo el interior protegido, el refugio. La vivienda se ubica en una privilegiada ladera oeste de la Cordillera de la Costa. El emplazamiento se orienta a optimizar las vistas hacia el mar, maximizar la luz solar norte y proteger del viento sur. The shell or first skin seeks to give comfort in a protected space. SIP panels are used in floors, walls and roof, with double glazing to protect the interior, the shelter. The house is located on a premium western slope of the Coastal Range. The site placement seeks to optimize the views towards the sea, maximize northern sunlight and protect from the southern wind.
