El encargo consistió en un condominio familiar de dos casas independientes en un terreno común. Para el buen aprovechamiento de la orientación, se opta por destinar el área norte del terreno a las viviendas, dejando hacia el sur la circulación vehicular. The commission consisted in making a family condominium of two independent houses on a common land. For a good use of the orientation, we opted the use of the northern area of the land for the development of housing, leaving the south for vehicular circulation.
