La Casa Internacional de Formación corresponde a las dependencias donde se forman los religiosos de la Congregación de Santa Cruz y es la culminación de un plan maestro iniciado en estos terrenos el 2008, con la construcción de las oficinas del Distrito. The International Formation House comprises the premises where the religious of the Congregation of Holy Cross are formed and is the culmination of a master plan initiated in this site in 2008, with the construction of the district offices.

La Casa se desarrolla en tres edificios de volumetría simple y materialidad sobria, que se mimetizan con la altura del barrio y algunas de sus características arquitectónicas, tales como las cubiertas en pendiente. Un primer edificio alberga los dormitorios de los sacerdotes, formandos y visitas, cuya principal característica es la privacidad y orientación de sus dependencias, que se enfrentan al norte garantizando buena luminosidad, eficiencia energética e independencia de los espacios públicos. Un segundo edificio es el de servicios comunitarios, donde se ubican el estar común, comedor, salas de clases, oficinas, sala capitular y servicios.
The House is composed of three buildings with simple volumes and sober materials, which blend in with the height of the neighborhood and some of its architectural features, such as sloping roofs. A first building houses the dormitories of the priests, men in formation and visitors, whose main feature is the privacy and exposure of its premises, which face north to guarantee good luminosity, energy efficiency and independence with the public spaces. A second building hosts the community services, with the common living room, dining room, classrooms, offices, chapter house and services.
