En 2014 surgió el proyecto de convertir el lugar en galería boutique, aportando al barrio un espacio de cuidada estética y terminaciones, acorde a la riqueza original del edificio, combinando restauración y renovación tanto de estructura como de espacios, conservando su característica fachada. Se trata de una galería en dos pisos con un patio posterior articulador, sobre el cual se plantea una terraza para eventos especiales. Un recorrido organizado por la entrada de luz de la lucarna y del patio. El pavimento de mármol de Carrara sirve como hilo conductor e introduce en la galería donde se unen lo clásico y lo moderno, todo tratado desde la idea matriz de refinamiento y respeto al espíritu del barrio. Pequeños locales conviven con el espacio de encuentro y relajo de la cafetería, marcado por la luz natural que penetra por la lucarna de vidrio. Al patio posterior convergen locales y terraza iluminada naturalmente, donde destaca el impactante mural de Dásic Fernández.
In 2014, the idea of converting the place into a boutique gallery came to life, providing the neighborhood with a space of meticulous aesthetics and finishes, according to the original richness of the building, combining restoration and renovation of both structure and spaces, preserving its characteristic façade. The gallery has two floors and an articulating back patio, with a terrace for special events. Light from the skylight and the patio organizes the circulation. The Carrara marble floor serves as the common element of the gallery where classic and modern converge, all developed with the essential idea of refinement and respect for the spirit of the neighborhood. Small commercial premises coexist with the relaxed meeting space of the cafeteria, marked by the natural light from above. The commercial premises and a naturally lit terrace come together in the back patio, where the impressive mural by Dásic Fernández stands out.
