Planta de conjunto Overall Plan
Edificio zócalo: elemento integrador que actúa como plinto del edificio existente (Academia de Guerra) y como articulador del nuevo pabellón de aulas. Expresa la idea de basamento pétreo y sólido que se extiende como pavimento hasta el límite norte de Av. Las Perdices, incluyendo el Patio de Formación y el edificio Pagoda y hacia el sur limita como apoyo del nuevo aulario. Edificio elevado: el nuevo Pabellón de Aulas es protagónico. Apoyado sobre tres volúmenes (dos auditorios y el edificio zócalo), se eleva sobre el terreno para liberar nuevas áreas verdes y dominar las vistas. Se restituye la condición de parque a nivel de suelo mediante una operación de paisaje. Base Building: an integrating element that acts as a plinth of the existing building (War Academy) and as an articulator of the new pavilion of classrooms. It expresses the concept of a solid stone base that extends as pavement to the northern boundary of Las Perdices Avenue, including the Training Courtyard and the Pagoda building, and to the south it becomes a border containing the support facilities for the new classrooms. Elevated Building: the new Classroom Pavilion is the protagonist. Supported on three volumes (two auditoriums and the base building), it rises from the ground to generate new green areas and dominate the views. The park condition at ground level is restored by a landscape operation.
