Puerta Los Andes City, the mountain range portal that builds a new urban core of vertical organization, ensuring sustainable development by freeing public space on different levels. The urban regulation that governs the property and the programmatic requirement of the commission promotes the development of a complex consisting of two towers (housing and offices) on a commercial base. The project explores a volumetric configuration with a contemporary perspective by "stacking" the different programs vertically (layering). Public spaces are "cut" interstitially over the layers, connecting the various functions and infrastructures with the urban and natural context.
