Atendiendo lo específico del lugar, se opta por recuperar el perímetro de la manzana como el primer gesto para insertar el proyecto en el tejido urbano. El programa de oficinas se ubicó hacia Apoquindo, consolidando la línea de desarrollo que ha tenido en los últimos años. Las viviendas, un edificio de menor altura y de carácter más doméstico, se ubicaron en calle O'Connell, donde enfrenta una arquitectura preexistente de programa similar. La disposición en L de los edificios de oficina y departamentos habitacionales dio lugar a un espacio abierto al norte, donde un pequeño centro comercial articula el mundo del trabajo y el de la vivienda. Este lugar de encuentro e intercambio conecta directamente el nivel subterráneo con el metro, conexión que se extiende a los otros niveles superiores de comercio. Sobre la terraza del cuarto nivel comercial se propone un espacio público abierto, diseñado a modo de plaza rodeado de restaurantes y cafés. Attending to the particulars of the location, a decision is made to recover the perimeter of the block as a first gesture to insert the project into the urban fabric. The office functions are located towards Apoquindo, consolidating the line of development of recent years. The housing, a more domestic lower building, was located on O'Connell Street, where it faces pre- existing architecture of similar functions. The L-shaped layout of the office buildings and housing apartments give rise to an open space to the north, where a small shopping center articulates the worlds of work and housing. This place of encounter and exchange directly connects the underground level with the metro, a connection that extends to the higher commercial levels. On the terrace of the fourth commercial level, an open public space is designed as a square surrounded by restaurants and cafés.
