El edificio está ubicado en la esquina de las calles Quinta y Viana, en el plano de Viña del Mar. El volumen principal de nueve pisos de altura configura la esquina y los volúmenes laterales de tres pisos lo unen con la trama urbana existente. El proyecto se pensó desde sus orígenes como un edificio de diseño pasivo, con una envolvente de alto desempeño y los sistemas integrados. Postula a la certificación Leed Platinum y cuenta con certificación CES. Es coherente con la definición institucional de ser una organización cada vez más sustentable y amigable con sus colaboradores, afiliados y el medio ambiente. The building is located on the corner of Quinta and Viana streets, in the low plain of Viña del Mar. The main nine-story volume configures the corner and the three-story side volumes connect it with the existing urban fabric. The project was conceived from the start as a passive design building, with a high- performance envelope and integrated systems. It is applying for Leed Platinum certification and has CES certification. It is consistent with the institutional definition of being an increasingly sustainable and friendly organization with its collaborators, affiliates and the environment.
