El diseño buscó plasmar un volumen único que contuviera requerimientos diferentes y que con sus distintas escalas respondiera al entorno inmediato. También por ello libera y retranquea los cierros a nivel calle, integrando los jardines al espacio público. The design sought to capture in a single volume the different requirements and scales to respond to the immediate environment. For this reason, it also breaks and sets back the closures at street level, integrating the gardens into the public space.
