En la circulación central de los edificios –de cinco pisos y dispuestos en triángulo– se consideró un pasillo exterior continuo ubicado en el tercer nivel, que permite conectarlos sin tener que bajar al primer piso para poder desplazarse entre uno y otro. Asimismo, además de una escalera principal como protagonista, incorpora en cada vértice circulaciones verticales complementarias que no solo responden a términos normativos, sino que facilitan y despejan el flujo interior. Debido a las características, tamaño y forma del terreno, el proyecto original no contemplaba una sede social consolidada, pero se propuso implementar en sus terrazas recintos que a futuro puedan ser usados como espacios comunes. El conjunto cuenta con calle interior asfaltada y 47 estacionamientos, así como portería y senderos peatonales. Los 135 departamentos tienen estar comedor, tres dormitorios, baño, cocina independiente y logia. The central circulation of the buildings –with five stories and arranged in a triangle– is based on a continuous exterior corridor located on the third level, which connects the units without having to go down to the first floor to move between them. Likewise, in addition to a main staircase as a protagonist, it incorporates on each vertex complementary vertical circulations that not only respond to regulation, but also facilitate and clear the interior flow. Due to the characteristics, size and shape of the plot, the original project did not include a consolidated community center but proposed to implement enclosures on its terraces that could be used as common spaces in the future. The complex has a paved interior street and 47 parking lots, as well as a gate and pedestrian paths. The 135 apartments have dining room, three bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and service terrace.
