La casa se ubica en la cota más alta del terreno, con impresionantes vistas a dos paisajes: hacia el poniente el valle de Santiago, desde el cajón del Maipo hasta el cajón del Mapocho en Lo Barnechea; hacia el oriente la cordillera de los Andes, con los cerros Provincia y San Ramón. La casa acompaña la pendiente del terreno y se estructura en tres niveles: el superior, en lo alto, donde están los dormitorios; el intermedio contiene los programas públicos y el dormitorio principal; y el inferior, el quincho y la piscina.
The house is located on the highest level of the plot, with stunning views of two landscapes: towards the west the valley of Santiago, from the Maipo River canyon to the Mapocho River canyon in Lo Barnechea; towards the east, the Andes mountain range, with the Provincia Hill and the San Ramón Hill. The house follows the slope of the land and is structured on three levels: the upper one with the bedrooms, the middle one contains the public functions and the master bedroom, and the lower one with the barbecue area and the pool.
