Alumno Student: Diego Rodríguez Profesor guía Teacher: Diego Rossel Universidad de Chile Se aprovecha la espacialidad de la abandonada y deteriorada edificación, manteniendo sus principios y leyes geométricas. La estrategia es reestructurar su esqueleto gótico por medio de un programa de residencias estudiantiles en las naves perimetrales. Se libera la espacialidad de la nave central, que se destina a la comunidad. Biblioteca y residencias mejoran la actividad en el sector. The project takes advantage of the spatial condition of the abandoned and deteriorated building, maintaining its principles and geometric laws. The strategy is to restructure its gothic skeleton through a program of student residences in its perimeter naves. The space of the central nave is cleared up, and given over to the community. The library and the residences improve the activity in the urban area.
