ESPACIOS PARA DEBATE CONSTITUCIONAL SPACES FOR CONSTITUTIONAL DEBATE Alumno Student: Renzo Marsino Profesores guía Teachers: Max Núñez, Cristián Izquierdo Pontificia Universidad Católica Para enfrentar el centralismo del debate constitucional chileno se idea un sistema que se vale de infraestructura pública ya existente a lo largo del país para levantar grandes estructuras itinerantes, livianas y de fácil armado en base a mallas plásticas perforadas y globos de helio. Validando un proceso participativo que expande una discusión de interés nacional adonde nunca suele llegar. To confront the centralism of the Chilean constitutional debate, a system has been devised, using existing public infrastructure throughout the country, to host large itinerant structures, light and easily assembled based on perforated plastic meshes and helium balloons. The project validates a participatory process that expands a discussion of national interest where it usually never occurs.
