Situada en Vitacura, esta vivienda buscó insertarse en la escala y estética de un barrio residencial consolidado a través de su propio lenguaje. El terreno y la aplicación de la normativa permitieron emplazar un área compacta y regular en tres niveles con superficies equivalentes, incluyendo un subterráneo. Located in Vitacura, the house inserts with its own language into the scale and aesthetics of a consolidated residential neighborhood. The plot and the planning regulations led to the design of a compact regular volume with three levels of equal footage and a basement.
