Este centro comercial temático, que reúne a proveedores del ámbito de la construcción y diseño, fue proyectado como un volumen que busca despegarse del suelo para hacerlo más amigable al peatón y su escala, minimizando su impacto en el contexto inmediato. This thematic shopping center, which brings together suppliers from the construction and design field, was designed as a volume that rises off the ground achieving a scale friendlier to pedestrians, minimizing its impact in the immediate context.
El edificio se desarrolla en el esquema simple de un volumen de tres niveles comerciales perimetrales vinculados a un espacio central totalmente abierto. Los niveles se conectan por dos ascensores centrales, uno de ellos panorámico rodeado por una escalera y que llega hasta una terraza mirador en el último nivel, y dos amplias escaleras exteriores que comunican la plaza con los niveles superiores, lo que permite múltiples formas de recorrido. The design of the building follows a simple scheme of a three-level perimeter commercial volume surrounding a completely open central space. The levels are connected by two central elevators, one of them glazed and surrounded by a staircase reaching a lookout terrace in the last level, and two large external stairs that connect the square with the upper levels, allowing for multiple ways of circulation.
