Proyecto no construido para un hotel de 150 habitaciones al que solo puede accederse por mar (no hay caminos de conexión con la carretera ubicada a 60 km). Se ‘pintaron’ líneas en el territorio, unas cintas que se entremezclan con la vegetación y que conforman los tejados de las habitaciones. Para resolver la accesibilidad a las dependencias evitando escaleras, las cintas siguen la topografía y unas grandes jácenas permiten salvarla cuando el nivel es excesivo. Por debajo de las vigas un ascensor horizontal conecta con el pasillo que lleva a las habitaciones mediante unas pasarelas. Maqueta adquirida por el Centro Pompidou. Project not built for a hotel of 150 rooms which can only be accessed by sea (there are no roads connecting with the highway located 60 km away). Lines were ‘painted’ on the land, ribbons that mingle with the vegetation and make up the roofs of the rooms. To solve accessibility to the units without using stairs, the ribbons follow the topography and large beams span across when the level difference is excessive. Under the beams a horizontal elevator connects to the corridor leading to the rooms by means of footbridges. The model was acquired by Centre Pompidou.
