El recorrido del proyecto pretende ser a nivel de un suelo único, cuyas diferencias serán caracterizadas por un ambiguo interior y exterior que busca mimetizar los usos públicos de la plaza con el interior del edificio. Se dispone de un nivel inferior, el cual utiliza el desnivel existente para albergar un zócalo de servicios. Una escalera y un elevador conectan este nivel con el foyer y la plaza. Dos altillos se proponen como espacios alternativos y versátiles para albergar programas variables (biblioteca y restaurant, como también salas de ensayo, salas de conferencias, entre otros). The circulation through the project extends over a single level, whose variances will be characterized by an ambiguous interior- exterior separation seeking to merge the public uses of the square with the interior of the building. A lower level uses the existing slope to accommodate the service base. A staircase and an elevator connect this level with the foyer and the square. Two mezzanines are proposed as alternative and versatile spaces to accommodate variable programs (library and restaurant, as well as rehearsal rooms, conference rooms, among others).
