Un volumen que forma parte del lugar y configura una variedad de recorridos que se detienen para contemplar o ascender para bajar y continuar el paseo. Todo el conjunto, en funcionamiento o cerrado al uso, se constituye en una oferta en el recorrido. El programa activa el lugar y lo pone en valor. A nivel del agua y la playa, los muelles, el anfiteatro al lago y los programas públicos a nivel de zócalo (biblioteca y restaurant) otorgan vida y actividad durante todo el año. La transparencia de estos recintos permite reconocer el entorno, el bosque, la orilla, el paseo de borde. Los miradores sobre las cubiertas son caminables y circulan entre el espesor del follaje sureño con vistas al lago.
A volume that becomes part of the place and creates a variety of circulations that pause to contemplate or ascend to go down and continue the path. The whole complex, in operation or closed, constitutes an invitation to walk through. The program activates the place and enhances its value. At water and beach level, the docks, the amphitheater on the lake and the public programs at the base level (library and restaurant) give life and provide activity throughout the year. The transparency of these enclosures allows to recognize the surroundings, the forest, the shore, the border promenade. The lookout points on the roof are walkable and meander between the thickness of the southern foliage overlooking the lake.
