La estructura evoca al bosque sureño mediante grandes pilares de madera que se inclinan para soportar la cubierta recorrible. El espacio principal es la sala de conciertos que permite diversas expresiones artísticas, a la que se suma el anfiteatro que se abre al lago Panguipulli y al volcán Choshuenco. El foyer, restaurant cafetería y sala de exposiciones se abren a la vista de la playa y el humedal, constituyéndose en lugares especiales para cualquier evento social o cultural. Respetando la escala de los edificios de la localidad y con la idea de no irrumpir se buscó una morfología similar a los muelles que presentan volumetrías parecidas y forman parte del entorno del lago. La estructura básica son muros, vigas y losas de hormigón armado; el pavimento de la cubierta-mirador es un deck de tablones de madera (o PVC madera). El revestimiento exterior es una terminación en base a Trespa o Fundermax que simula madera y constituye una fachada ventilada de alta tecnología.
