Dada las características del terreno el proyecto se eleva, dejando el nivel 0 como piso de acceso. En el segundo nivel están los estacionamientos, las galerías técnicas y parte del auditorio, atravesado por los accesos y el bosque milenario; este nivel se vincula a la totalidad del edificio a partir de la configuración de su programa. En el piso noble se ubica el programa público. Este tercer nivel remata en el auditorio el cual tiene un dominio visual sobre Punta Arenosa. El auditorio cuenta con un acceso independiente, que lo puede constituir como un espacio autónomo del
resto del edificio. En el nivel 4 se ubican algunas salas menores de exposición, la platea superior del auditorio y las dobles alturas de las salas principales del nivel 3. El quinto nivel remata con los laboratorios, que se organizan en el largo total de la planta. Given the features of the site and the difficulties of the sandy soil, the building is elevated to define level 0 as the entrance level. The parking lots, technical galleries and part of the auditorium are on the second level, intersected by the entrances and the millenarian forest; this level connects to the
entire building by means of the functional organization. The public program is located on the piano nobile . This third level ends with the auditorium with a visual domain over Punta Arenosa. The auditorium has an independent entrance, allowing the space to function independently from the rest of the building. Level 4 contains the smaller exhibition halls, the upper levels of the auditorium and the double heights of the main halls of level 3. The 5 th level contains the labs, which occupy the total length of the layout.
