I got saved when I was very young. Three years ago I heard about Word of Life and really wanted to come to a week of camp. My church raised money so that I could come that summer. During the message one of the speakers told us that our time on earth is so short compared to our time in eternity with God. What we do here counts for eternity. It changed my outlook on Christianity, and I really started living for the Lord each day. I’ve now been to camp on The Island three times, and each time God has grown me and taught me in a different area of my life. I love looking back and seeing all that God has done in
