Con más de 10.500 m² construidos principalmente en madera, el nuevo edificio corporativo de CMPC en la Región del Biobío es el primero en su tipo en Chile. Diseñado para congregar las distintas oficinas de la empresa en la zona, incluye laboratorios, invernaderos, auditorio, salas de apoyo y servicios, helipuerto e instalaciones deportivas para una planta de más de 500 personas. Mide 203 m de largo x 16 m de ancho en tres niveles, y la materia prima proviene de plantaciones de la forestal. With over 10,500 m² and built mostly with timber, the new corporate building of CMPC in the Biobío Region is the first of its kind in Chile. Designed to gather the different company offices scattered throughout the region, it includes labs, greenhouses, auditorium, support rooms and services, a heliport and sports facilities for a plant with more than 500 people. Measuring 203 m long x 16 m wide and with three levels, the building’s raw material comes from the company’s plantations.
