El patio central es el elemento articulador de los distintos niveles y espacios, en torno al cual se disponen las escaleras, la galería, los pasillos y recorridos. Los volúmenes corren paralelos a la calle y perpendiculares a la pendiente, de modo que los espacios principales siempre reciban luz desde el norte y tengan vistas a la cordillera y a Santiago. The central courtyard articulates the different levels and spaces, while the stairs, the gallery, the corridors and circulations are arranged around it. The volumes run parallel to the street and perpendicular to the slope, so that the main spaces always receive light from the north and enjoy views of the mountains and Santiago.
