Tanto en recintos comunes como en dormitorios se dejaron los cielos de hormigón visto y los muros se revistieron en madera, de modo de que los materiales dialogaran de la misma manera que en el exterior. El terreno, una pendiente pronunciada cuyo largo es tres veces su ancho, permitió dejar en el nivel superior un piso mirador con grandes espacios comunes, donde el retorno del revestimiento lateral protege del sol.
Both in the common areas as well as in the bedrooms, the concrete ceilings were left exposed and the walls were covered in wood, for the materials to dialogue the same way as outside. The site, a steep slope with length three times as long as its width, enabled the creation of an observation platform with large common spaces on the upper level, where a horizontal extension of the lateral screen protects from the sun.
