Leadership Transformational Workshop
With great enthusiasm, we hosted the Leadership Transformation Workshop, a one-and-a-half-day program led by Gaurav Bhatkar, our Learning and Development Director - MEIA for our senior leaders. This workshop was designed to guide our leaders in taking Shangri-La Culture from Horizon 1 to Horizon 2, the workshop offered valuable insights into transformational leadership and strategic growth. Through engaging discussions and practical sessions, participants explored innovative strategies, collaboration, and adaptability to drive our vision forward. Gaurav’s dynamic facilitation made the experience both inspiring and impactful, setting the stage for an exciting future for Shangri-La.
