Shangri-La Orientation
As usual, with very warm welcoming we commenced the Shangri-La Orientation for our newest family members. Over three meaningful and unforgettable days, they engaged in a workshop that introduced them to the Shangri-La culture, the Shangri-La Way, and featured a city tour to discover more about our brand and the breathtaking beauty of Oman. Through engaging sessions and interactive activities, our new team members gained a deeper understanding of what it means to be part of the Shangri-La family.We are confident that this orientation has laid a strong foundation for their journey with Shangri-La, fostering a sense of belonging, pride, and anticipation for the exciting experiences ahead.
