What accomplishment in your career are you most proud of and why? There is a lot to share, however, the one I admire the most is the opening of the Yas Hotel for Inaugural Formula One Grand Prix Abu Dhabi; it was a phenomenal experience when you catered many celebrities with very high expectations. What motivates you to strive for excellence in your work? What truly motivates me is the opportunity to combine my passion for culinary arts with Creativity and innovation in menu.
I have had many books with me however the one I like most is The French laundry by Chef Thomas Keller. I also like to watch Chef’s Table. What’s a book, movie, or podcast that has had a lasting impact on you?
