The quilters and sewers are excited to become an official club here at ORPS with the new name of Sew ‘ n Such. There is a lot of stitchin ’ going on in the West Room - quilting and sewing is an art form to show our creativity which brings us joy. We also feel joy through the bond and fellowship we share with each other in our club. We can keep our creations for ourselves, gift it to a friend or family member, or donate it. We would like to invite you to join us in the West Room Monday through Sunday from 8am to 5pm if only for a look see. Each year the club creates quilts to be raffled off. The ORPS Sew ‘ n Such Club has adopted the Shelter From the Storm, Coachella Valleys only domestic violence shelter, as a focused charity. This season these quilts will be raffled off on Wednesday, February 19th, 2025 in the ES Ballroom at a Quilt Show and Tea hosted by the Sew ‘ n Such Club. Your support by purchasing raffle tickets helps us purchase the materials needed to make these quilts. Due to the generosity of the ORPS Community we have been able to send the Shelter From the Storm as much as $10,000 a season. Way to go ORPS! Please come by the West Room to purchase tickets or watch for a pop - up sales table at ORPS events. Ticket prices are $5 each or five (5) tickets for $20.

*Pop Up Concert: Saturday February 8, 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. The strummers travel to Satellites C and E and perform on the ES pool deck. This is a weather permitting event. If canceled it will be held the following Saturday. *VillageFest, Downtown Palm Springs: Thursday, February 13, 6:00 p.m. — 10:00 p.m. Hear the all new playlist and support your ORPS strummers and singers at the corner of South Palm Canyon Drive and East Arenas, in front of Kaiser Grille and across from LuLu California Bistro. Second VillageFest performance is on Thursday, March 13.
