Costs of Ownership All homes have costs – holiday homes are no different. There are site fees and running costs - these are the annual costs you’ll need to bear in mind when weighing up your finances.
Annual site fees Site fees are from £5,410 to £6,390
Site fees are billed in October of each year for the following season. The bill includes site fees, utilities, rates and VAT. Site fees are payable in two instalments: The first instalment is due by 1st December ; the second is due by 7th February the following year.

Running Costs Unlike many holiday parks, we include water charges and non-domestic rates into our annual site fees. So all you have to allow for in additional running costs is your insurance and personal usage of gas and electric. GAS AND ELECTRIC You only pay for what you use. We monitor this by quarterly meter readings and only charge accordingly. Where piped gas is not available we sell gas bottles at a cost of £85 per bottle.
