The “In Memoriam” section of the ANCC website highlights the lives of Members and staff who have recently passed. If you would like to send a submission to honor the memory of a loved one, please contact our Marketing Coordinator by clicking here. You may send a biography, along with photos as well to be added to this section. To read about the lives of those who have recently passed, click here. In Memoriam We have been notified that some Members are not receiving ANCC emails in their inbox due to their email service providers marking these emails as “promotions” or “junk/spam.” Because of this, our emails may not be showing up in your inbox, but instead in your promotions or junk/spam folder inbox. Original Founder Life Members As part of the early fundraising effort, the Club offered Founder Life Memberships for $1,000. These memberships not only lasted the enrollee’s lifetime but could be passed to a descendant or sold or transferred to anyone the Club approved. The Club sent out 3,000 invitations hoping for a 10 percent acceptance rate but fell far short with 113 enrollments. To learn about some of the most notable Founder Life Members, click here. ANCC Centennial Books We are pleased to report that our Centennial Commemorative book is now available for purchase! In addition to chapters recognizing Heroes We Have Known and our Congressional Medal of Honor recipients, the book offers a pictorial history of our property and the leaders who’ve helped shape the club. The book also celebrates our superb dining, golf, racquet and aquatics facilities while also paying tribute to our members and staff. Please click here to place an order!
