Overcoming those obstacles prepared me for the rigors of law school. It further enhanced my belief that I was empowered to achieve any goal. I credit the experience with helping me become the best version of myself as a husband, father, and lawyer.” DEDICATION BEYOND THE FRATERNITY SGVP Jenkins’ influence spans pro- fessional and personal realms. He is a respected member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers. Additionally, he regularly lectures on federal criminal defense topics for Virginia Continuing Legal Education, showcasing his dedica- tion to advancing the legal profession. Beyond his fraternity and profes- sional achievements, Brother Jenkins is a man of varied passions. An endur- ance athlete who has completed seven Ironman triathlons, he balances a love for fitness with hobbies like reading biographies, cooking, and collecting fine watches, pens, and cigars. Central to his life, however, is his family. “Second to my faith in the master plan, I credit the love and sup- port of my family, most significantly my wife, Dr. Tanek L. Jenkins. She is my inspiration.
