Announcements Announcements made sale day will take precedence over any printed information. Retained Interest Pine Creek Angus Ranch is retaining one third (1/3) revenue sharing semen interest in every bull selling in the sale. Delivery FREE DELIVERY, up to 350 miles. We will keep the bulls until we deliver them or deduct $100 per head from the purchase price if you take them home from the sale barn. First Breeding Season Guarantee All bulls in this sale have passed a breeding soundness exam by Scoggin Vet Service. Bulls selling for $3500.00 or more are guaranteed only against breeding injury during the First Breeding Season. Breeding Season is defined as the 60-day period, following the first turn out of the bull. If a replacement bull is available, he will be provided or if the buyer prefers, credit towards one bull will be given for the next year’s sale, less salvage value of the injured bull. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian. We must be notified should injury occur and BEFORE the bull is sold for salvage. A copy of the salvage receipt must be sent to us. All claims must be made by September 1, 2025. Pine Creek Angus Ranch will not be responsible for more than the purchase price of the bull. Replacement bulls are not covered by this guarantee. This is not mortality insurance. Mortality and Injury Insurance can be purchased through Martin-Trudeau that will cover the bull from Sale Day for 1 Full Year.
