THE RIZZO CENTER | CHAPEL HILL, NC

The Rizzo Center is our purpose-built learning campus in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. This unparalleled facility for world-class executive development is set in a 28-acre wooded environment located 25 minutes from an international airport and one mile from the main UNC-Chapel Hill campus.

We create safe, comfortable, and engaging spaces for your leaders to connect and grow. Our team will partner with yours to deliver online, hybrid, or in- person learning experiences at one of our state-of- the-art campuses — or in a location of your choice anywhere in the world.

CHARLOTTE CAMPUS | CHARLOTTE, NC

Our modern executive development space in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina, offers state-of-the-art classrooms and meeting rooms, relaxed gathering spaces, and a beautiful outdoor terrace. This Uptown location is within walking distance of restaurants, the light rail, and numerous attractions.

ON-SITE PROGRAMS

UNC delivers executive development programs wherever our clients are located. We can travel to your organization’s preferred location or source a space that meets your requirements and upholds our quality standards. Our team will coordinate lodging, provide a comfortable and safe learning environment, and manage all required technology.

Our Executive Education Campuses

THE RIZZO CENTER | CHAPEL HILL, NC

Designed exclusively for adult learning, the Paul J. Rizzo Conference Center offers a retreat-like setting that underscores our commitment to delivering quality executive education through meaningful reflection and lasting learning. The facility includes three tiered classrooms, seven flat classrooms, two boardrooms, two private flat meeting spaces, and 42 breakout rooms. We also have spacious indoor and outdoor reception areas. The residence facility includes 182 guest rooms. The facility has an executive sports lounge and patio, an outdoor courtyard with an infinity pool, a comprehensive fitness facility, a basketball court, and access to jogging trails. Most meals take place at the DuBose Home, the beautiful Georgian Revival home that serves as the social and dining center for the complex.

Located on the fourth floor of the Bank of America Tower in Charlotte, this executive campus offers state-of- the-art classrooms and meeting rooms equipped with the latest A/V capabilities, relaxed gathering spaces, and a large outdoor terrace overlooking Charlotte’s South End.
