Our helpdesk team members in the customer success management department are keen on ensuring they answer all concerns and queries not only according to documented SLA, but also beyond being fully robotic to keep the “human” touch and manmade responsibility of caringe. Our support team main personneal’s performance indicators are response time and the quality and efficiency of their responses, followed by a quality assurance measuring tool for customer feedback wherever possible to enhance the service quality post-sales.
