CUVÉE DISSENAY LANGUEDOC, FRANCE

CHARLES PELLETIER BURGUNDY, FRANCE

Southern France Perfection.

Over a century of family dedication and commitment.

Nestled in the rolling hills of the South of France, Cuvee Dissenay boasts some of the most picturesque vineyards in the region. With a long and storied history and some of the most experienced winemakers in the region, they are committed to producing only the highest quality wines using traditional methods combined with modern techniques. The region is characterised by its Mediterranean climate, which is warm and sunny, with dry summers and mild winters. This climate allows for the production of ripe, full-bodied wines that are rich in flavour and aroma. The vineyards are carefully tended by a team of experienced viticulturists who work tirelessly to ensure that each grape is picked at the peak of ripeness. The unique terroir of our vineyards, combined with our commitment to sustainable farming practices, ensures that our wines are rich, complex, and full of character. In our state-of-the-art winery, we use a combination of modern technology and traditional techniques to carefully craft our wines. From the moment the grapes are picked, they are treated with the utmost care and attention, with each step of the winemaking process designed to bring out the unique flavours and aromas of the grapes. At Cuvee Dissenay, we believe that wine is more than just a drink – it’s an experience that we can’t wait to share with you.

Charles Pelletier Méthode Traditionnelle Blanc de Blancs and Rosé are crafted by Maison Veuve Ambal which was founded in the heart of the Burgundy wine-growing region in 1898 by Marie Ambal, the wife of a Parisian banker. After his death she returned to her native village of Rully, where her brother, an owner and merchant of Burgundy wines, still lived. Rully is an area in the Saône-et-Loire department in the region of Burgundy in eastern France. It is known for its red and white wines made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and fine delicate sparkling wines. The elegance of these sparkling wines is the result of over a century of family dedication and commitment. For a Méthode Traditionnelle, the natural sparkling process takes place in the bottle and the wine ages for a minimum of 9 months on yeast lees. It is during this period of time that the wine will gain in complexity and the fine bubbles are created.
