Ballet/Creative Movement Instructor: Communities in Motion This class will include ballet positions, movement, terminology as well as stretching exercises. Ballet and lyrical type choreography will be combined to make fun routines and create stories to music. Fun games and movement activities. No experience necessary.

Supersonic Twisters Instructor: Jump Start Gymnastics

Gymnastics elements, shapes, skills, and strength exercises are taught on equipment sized just for them! Gymnasts will be instructed on bars, beams, and floor. Flips for Girls Instructor: Jump Start Gymnastics

Hip Hop & Cheer Instructor: Communities in Motion Children will enjoy fun upbeat hip hop routines, games and activities as well as tumbling skills beginner through intermediate. This type of class is beneficial because the skills worked on will assist the development of coordination, strength, flexibility, balance and spatial awareness. Flips for Girls is an hour and 15-minute class that meets once a week for beginner to advanced experienced students. Gymnasts are instructed on the traditional Olympic events, including vault, uneven bars, balance beam, and floor skills. The gymnasts also utilize a 50-foot trampoline system to increase skill acquisition. Ages: 7-9 years | Session Length: 4 Weeks Location: Jump Start Gymnastics, 23645 Mercantile Rd.
