Fun with Fitness for Senior Adults Instructor: Beth Parnin A senior class perfect for all levels of fitness. This fun class includes low impact aerobics, chair exercises, hand held weights, and stretching exercise from head to toe using bands, balls and body movement while listening to a variety of genres of music. Please bring your own 2 – 3 lb. hand-held weights. Everyone works at their own level and you will meet great people.

Adult New to Ballet Instructor: Ohio Contemporary Ballet Staff

SilverSneakers Yoga/Tai-Chi A certified instructor, will move you through a series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered for a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility and balance. Class is suitable for nearly every fitness level.

Never set foot in a ballet class before? No problem! This class is for those interested in learning how to dance without any prior experience. This class will emphasize balance, coordination, flexibility and core strength by teaching beginning barre exercises and simple combinations across the floor. Socks or

Adult Beginning Ballet Instructor: Ohio Contemporary Ballet Staff

SilverSneakers Membership SilverSneakers’ mission is to make fitness more fun and accessible to boomers age 65 and beyond. If you qualify, these programs are at no-cost. Everyone is welcome. To see if you qualify, go to: www.silversneakers.com. If not, send payment along with the enrollment form. Classes run continously throughout the year. Every participant (regardless of insurance status) must register for classes and will receive a membership card with a QR code, similar to a barcode in a store. Your card is scanned every time you participate in a SilverSneakers class. The classes are FREE for SilverSneakers Members (participants covered by insurance). Participants not covered by insurance can purchase a punch card for $40, good for 10 classes (AKA scans). Call Community Services at 216-292-1911 to register for a membership card.

For adults with basic ballet skills. This class guides participants through structured format of ballet training: barre work, across the floor and dance combination. Our Artistic Director, Richard Dickinson will assess the skills of the class and devise a program that will build upon the skills that they already possess.
