bull guarantee All bulls are guaranteed to be sound breeders for the first breeding season, consisting of 90 days from first turn out. A replacement bull of same or similar value will be given if available or credit in the next Huwa sale will be issued less salvage value. We just simply ask for proof of salvage value via stockyards receipt and a vet statement of injury. Huwa Cattle Co will stand behind each bull fully but cannot be used as a mortality insurance policy, cover neglect, poor management, or acts of God. Please let Tonya know though out the year if any issues arise with your purchase as we want to make them right with you sooner than later. • Selling 100% interest in all bulls. In herd semen use for Huwa Cattle may be requested on a few bulls at sellers expense and buyers convenience. • All bulls remaining at Huwa Cattle after March 1st will be billed $5/day until delivery or pickup. Any bulls staying past March 1st will need to be covered by buyers’ mortality insurance policy as Huwa Cattle will not be liable for on site bull injuries after that point.
