Princess Jannah Collado is an undergraduate communications major at Northwestern University – Qatar. 'Sanctuary' was inspired by the idea of working from home. In it، I visualized the emotions I felt at times when I wished that I was working some place other than my bedroom. They say a bedroom is one’s sanctuary – a place far from the responsibilities of life، but eventually my bedroom became a place filled with it. The fusion of color and chaos represents how I feel living in uncertainty and chaos amidst the pandemic.”
