How the Christmas Wish Tree program works: Step 1: Fill out the donation card below, noting who your donation is in honour or in memory of. Step 2: Drop off your donation to us or one of the businesses noted who are accepting donations. Alternatively, you can mail or fax us your donation card (our contact information is below). Step 3: We will place an ornament on the Christmas Wish Tree in theWDMH Lobby with the name(s) you noted on the donation form.
