EPDs: Printed EPDS are as of December 31, 2024 . Please note EPDS may change from the time the catalog is printed until sale day. ALL the bulls and heifers have been parent verified and have genomic enhanced EPDs, please check the supplement sheet before sale day. Wintering & Delivery: Bulls will be kept free of charge until deliveries begin the last two weeks in March. If you are unable to take your bull until a later date, please contact us. We offer free delivery within 300 miles and will coordinate trucking if needed. Bred Females will need to leave as soon as possible after the sale due to the close proximity of calving, any female left and calved at Rock Creek will not be guaranteed a live calf. Arrangements for pickup/delivery of yearling heifers will begin following the sale. Terms and Conditions: Terms of the sale are cash, and all settlements must be made at the close of the auction. Cattle sell under the suggested terms and conditions of the American Angus Association. Retained Interest: Rock Creek Livestock is retaining 1/3 revenue sharing semen interest in every bull in the sale. Full possession sells on all bulls.

Sale Format: All cattle have been videoed and this will be a video auction. Cattle will be displayed in pens for your viewing sale day. Sale videos can be found at DVAuction.com Bull Buyer Discounts: Starting at 2 bulls= 2% off total purchase price of bulls and increasing 1% for each additional bull up to 5 bulls = 5% maximum discount off total purchase price of bulls. Announcements: A supplement sheet will be available Jan. 13th with updated EPDS. All announcements made sale day take precedent over printed material, persons attending this sale do so at their own risk. Guarantee: All bulls selling will have passed a breeding soundness exam prior to pick up/delivery. All cattle sell under the standard terms and conditions of the American Angus Association, bulls are guaranteed for the first breeding season to be fertile. If you believe there is a fertility problem, documentation by a veterinarian is required. Should an injury occur please notify us as soon as possible and prior to the bull being sold for salvage. Absentee Bidding: Live internet bidding is available through DVAuction.com or you may contact Kevin or Helen, the sale representatives, or DVAuction prior to the sale.
