With 836 in November, residential closed sales were 16% lower month-over-month but 26% higher year-over-year. There was 1.1 months of inventory for residential homes in November, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The median sold price in November was $797,625, 0.3% below October but 10% higher vs November 2019. The average sold price was $934,015, 1.7% above last month and 10% higher vs November 2019.
