HEALTH

Our spa environment is one of safety, tranquility and wellbeing. We kindly ask you speak in a quiet voice and keep mobile phones on silent mode. On arrival you will be supplied with a bathrobe, slippers and a locker to secure your personal belongings. Towels are offered throughout the spa and disposable underwear is available for all body treatments.

At any time should you or a household member feel unwell, have a cough, fever or experience shortness of breath, we recommend you to postpone your spa visit and seek medical assistance. To maximize the benefits of your spa experience, please inform us of any allergies or injuries that may make the treatment you have chosen unsuitable so that we may advise safer alternatives.

A screening procedure including a health questionnaire will take place for all guests having a treatment.

As an enhanced safety measure, a portable HEPA air filter is run during the course of your treatment.

PREGNANCY

During facial treatments, your therapist will wear a mask as per the recommendation of our Lead With Care program. Contactless hand sanitizers, disinfecting wipes and additional protective equipment are available around the facility.

We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers after the first trimester. Allow us to assist you in selecting suitable treatments for this special time. We ask you to consult your physician prior to booking any spa services.

CHILDREN

HOURS OF OPERATION

Out of an abundance of caution, we are not recommending you book treatments for your children. Should you feel comfortable to do so, a parental waiver of liability must be completed for guests 12-17 years of age.

The Pearl Spa and Wellness DIFC is open daily from 11:00am until 10:00pm.

Spa services are only available within the spa facility from 11:00am until 10:00pm. The latest appointment is 09:00pm for a 60 minute service.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Our outdoor pool is accessible from 08:00am until 08:00pm.

Feel free to request your preference for a specific technician. Our trained professionals properly drape you throughout your service. We strive to fulfil your wishes based upon availability. If you need assistance with anything during your spa experience, such as an adjustment to lighting, sound, temperature or technique, please let your technician know.

In-house guests and members can access the fitness centre 24/7. Fitness centre and its changing rooms are attended daily from 07:00 am until 10:00 pm.

APPOINTMENTS

We recommend that you book your spa services in advance to guarantee your preferred appointment times.

For your convenience, a 10% service charge, 7% municipality fee and 5% VAT on all treatments has already been included to your spa billing. You may communicate with our team using our Four Seasons App and Four Seasons Chat. If you have not already downloaded it, we encourage you to do so by simply downloading from Google Play or the App Store to any mobile device.

CANCELLATIONS
