Townhome sales, at 22, were unchanged vs last month and 57% above November 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 42% in November, as Burnaby North’s townhome segment remained in a seller’s market. The benchmark price in November was down 0.5% month-over-month, to $742,900, but was 2% above November 2019. The average sold price was $782,359 in November, (relatively unchanged vs October) while the average PSF sales price was $560 (decreasing 5%).
