The number of condo listings in Burnaby South, at 412, decreased 10% month-over-month but were 23% above last year. November’s condo sales, at 92, were 8% below last month and 16% lower vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio was unchanged at 22% in November, as Burnaby South’s condo segment remained a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price in November was $658,300, down 0.4% from October but 1.7% higher vs November 2019. The average sold price was $594,281 with an aver- age PSF sales price of $742 (relatively unchanged and up 2%, respectively, vs October).
